Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a full refund with no cancellation charges.
- 25% Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made between 20 and 9 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will incur a 25% cancellation charge based on the total booking amount.
- 75% Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made between 9 and 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will incur a 75% cancellation charge based on the total booking amount.
- 100% Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, including No-Shows, will incur a 100% cancellation charge, and no refund will be provided.
Refund Process
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed in the original mode of payment within 15 days after Cancellation.
OTA Booking Policy
Please note that we do not support “Pay at Hotel” bookings through any OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform.
- If you make a reservation through an OTA using the “Pay at Hotel” option, you must contact the hotel directly to confirm you’re booking.
- To secure your reservation, an advance payment of 75% of the total booking amount is required.
- Bookings will only be confirmed after we receive the advance payment.
- Failure to contact us and complete the advance payment may result in your reservation being automatically cancelled without prior notice.

No Show Policy
No-Show” occurs when a guest fails to check-in on the scheduled arrival date without prior communication or cancellation.
No-Show Charges: In the event of a No-Show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged as per the booking terms and conditions.
Communication and Cancellation: If you are unable to check-in on the scheduled arrival date, please inform us in advance through email or phone to avoid No-Show charges. Cancellation policies apply as per the booking terms and conditions.
Late Arrival: If you anticipate a late arrival beyond the check-in time, please notify us in advance to ensure your reservation is held.
Room Availability: In the case of a No-Show, the reserved room(s) will be released for other guests after the check-in time. We cannot guarantee room availability beyond the scheduled arrival date.
Refunds: No refunds will be provided for No-Show reservations.
