Payment Policies

  • Booking confirmation requires 100% payment.

Resort Rules and Regulations

  • Guests are expected to comply with the rules and regulations of the resort, including but not limited to noise restrictions, smoking policies, and proper use of facilities.
  • Guests are requested to adhere to the rule & regulations set by the Govt. Authorities
  • Guest are requested to observe the Government rules and regulation inforce from to time in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, fire arms, etc.
  • The management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the property Premises
  • All Pets are strictly prohibited in the hotel room.
  • We (AQUALINA) clarifies that We only provide information about vendors for outside activities like scuba diving, water sports, and Adventure activities etc., and we explicitly state that We are not responsible for the services provided by these vendors or any accidents that may occur during these activities. Guests are likely advised to use these services at their own risk.
  • Driver Policy: Drivers are not permitted to use the resort amenities or enjoy complimentary breakfast. Separate arrangements for driver accommodation are limited and subject to availability. Please note that driver rooms, if available, will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • In case of default in payment of dues by guest, the management shall be entitled to a lien on his/her luggage and belongings, and to detain the same, and to sell or auction (at the risk and cost to the reference to the party, and appropriated to itself the net sale proceeds towards amount due the guest).
  • The guests shall use all the facilities and service available at the Hotel with care and caution and entirely at the guest’s risk. The guest shall agree to abide by and follow all instructions placed by the Management at various placed in the Hotel premises. The management shall not be responsible for any injury to the guests or his family members, invitees, visitors, agents and servants or damage to their goods that may be caused as a result of the facilities/serviced for any reason whatsoever.
  • RELATION BETWEEN HOTEL AND GUESTS : – Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute or create or purpose constitute or create in favor of the guest any tenancy, sub-tenancy or any right to tenancy, or any right or interest in the hotel premises to any guest or resident or visitor, and the Hotel shall always be and be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the Hotel premises.
  • LUGGAGE STORAGE: – Subject to availability of storage, luggage may be stored in the left luggage room at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Luggage may not be stored for a period over 4 Hours.
  • Guestsare requested to access beach at their own risk.
  • Out side food is not allowed in Hotel Premises.
  • SETTLEMENT OF BILLS: – Personal cheques are not accepted.
  • The hotel shall not be liable for any refund in case of lift malfunction, unavailability of Wi-Fi, or non-functioning of any other amenities.”

Check-In Check-Out Policies

  • Check-In Time: 01:00 PM Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
  • Deposit Requirement: Kindly note that a deposit of Rs. 1500/- per room is required before occupying the room. This deposit serves as a security measure and will be deducted in the event of lost keys, damage to upholstery, electrical or electronic items, or any other damage to the property.
  • Photo ID Proof: We kindly request all guests, including adults, children, and infants, to present a valid photo ID proof at the time of check-in. It is mandatory for all guests to provide their respective ID proofs for identification purposes. Please note that failure to provide the required ID proof for children may result in considering them as adults and charging the applicable adult rate. For more information, we kindly ask you to refer to our child policy.
  • Strict Adherence to Check-In and Check-Out Times: To ensure a smooth operation and offer the best experience for all guests, we strictly adhere to the check-in and check-out times. Please understand that any delay in checking out beyond the designated time will incur additional charges of Rs. 1000/- per hour. We kindly ask that guests do not hold or lock the room after check-out time, assuming the possibility of paying additional charges. In such cases, the resort reserves the right to vacate the room, including luggage, without prior notice, to prepare it for the next check-in guest.
  • Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and can only be confirmed on the day of check-in or check-out. Additional charges will apply according to the following policy:
    • Early check-in or late check-out between 2 to 6 hours: 40% of the standard tariff
    • Early check-in or late check-out beyond 6 hours: The complete room tariff will be applicable.

Swimming Pool Policy

  • Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. The resort will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
  • Proper swimwear is mandatory for all guests using the swimming pool. Swimwear should be suitable for pool use and in accordance with the resort’s guidelines. Loose or transparent clothing is not allowed.
  • Guests are requested to carry their own swimwear’s; Hotel does not provide any swimwear.
  • Guests are requested to shower before entering the pool to maintain proper hygiene.
  • Children must be accompanied by adults at all times while using the swimming pool.
  • Diving, running, or any other activities that may cause injury or disturbance to others are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
  • Glass items and food are not allowed in the pool area. Please use designated eating areas for food consumption.
  • Pool timings and availability may be subject to change as per the resort’s direction. Please check with the front desk for the latest information.
  • Guests are expected to respect the tranquility of the pool area and refrain from creating excessive noise or disturbance to other guests.
  • Any damage caused to pool property or equipment due to negligence will be the responsibility of the guest and appropriate charges will apply.
  • The resort reserves the right to deny access or usage of the swimming pool to any guest who does not comply with the pool policies.

By using the swimming pool facilities, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the above policies for their safety and the well-being of other guests.

OTA Booking Policy

Please note that we do not support “Pay at Hotel” bookings through any OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform.

  • If you make a reservation through an OTA using the “Pay at Hotel” option, you must contact the hotel directly to confirm you’re booking.
  • To secure your reservation, an advance payment of 75% of the total booking amount is required.
  • Bookings will only be confirmed after we receive the advance payment.
  • Failure to contact us and complete the advance payment may result in your reservation being automatically cancelled without prior notice.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all hotel premises, including guest room, corridors, lobby, guest room balcony-bathroom and common area.
  • Any Violation of this policy will be result in penalty charge of Rs. 5000/-
  • We request our valued guest to co-operate in maintaining a clean, safe and healthy environment.

Amenities Policy – AC, Wi-Fi & TV

  • Air Conditioning (AC):In the event of an AC failure that cannot be resolved during your stay, we offer a 25% refund of the room charge for the affected nights as compensation. We value your comfort and will make every effort to resolve issues promptly.
  • Wi-Fi & Internet: Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary service and is subject to network availability and local connectivity conditions. Please note: We are not liable for any disruptions or failure in Wi-Fi or internet services caused by external factors such as service provider issues, weather, or infrastructure problems.
  • Television (Tata Sky): TV with Tata Sky service is provided for your entertainment. However, we are not responsible for any disruption or lack of connection due to Tata Sky service outages or technical issues beyond our control.

Additional Services Charges

  • Certain additional services may incur extra charges, which will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking or during your stay.
  • These charges may include but are not limited to spa services, recreational activities, laundry services, transportation arrangements, and any other special requests or amenities.
  • The specific charges for each additional service will be provided to you upon inquiry or as part of our service menu. We strive to ensure transparency and provide value for money with our additional services, delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Identification: Valid photo identification is required for all guests during the check-in process.
  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the resort property during their stay. Any additional charges for damages will be assessed and billed accordingly.
  • Guests are not allowed take any hotel towels and any kind of hotel property outside hotel premises & beach also.
  • For your comfort towels and linen are provided for personal use only pls do not use them clean shoes and any kind of cleaning purpose.
  • Pls take a Shower after coming from beach to reins of sand & Mud before entering in hotel.
  • Guests are requested to avoid having their meals on bed and any kind of linen.
  • Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their room when going out or when going to bed, and not leave the key in the key-hole. For convenience of guest, private safe deposit lockers are available at the Front Office for deposit of valuables.
  • The Hotel will not, in any way whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of goods or property of guests or persons claiming through them or for damage thereto due to any cause whatsoever. Including theft or pilferage.
  • The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the Management, for other guests, Invitees, visitors, agents and servants for any loss, financial or other and/or damage that may be caused to them or to the Hotel Property as a result of any act of omission or commission of the guest or his family members, visitors, agents or servants.
  • Storing of cinema films, raw exposed or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature in residential rooms or store rooms is strictly prohibited Guests are also requested not to cook/ make tea/coffee in their rooms as it is a fire hazard.

Room Allocation Policy:

Please be informed that room allocations are done in order to ensure maximum occupancy and efficient management of the resort. While we strive to accommodate specific room requests, please understand that room assignments are subject to availability and may vary based on operational requirements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Room Tariff & Additional Guest and Child Policy

  • Room Tariff: Your room rate is confirmed on your arrival you by the reception. The room tariff mentioned in the voucher is for double occupancy. Any additional guests, whether adults or children, will be subject to additional charges.
  • For an extra adult guest or child, we provide a mattress bed.
  • Guests are requested to make 75% payment of tariff to confirm their booking, remaining should be paid before or at the time of check in.
  • Extra Guest Charges: For each extra adult guest, there will be a charge of 1599 + taxes per day. Please ensure to include any additional adult guests in your reservation.
  • Child Policy:
    • Complimentary Stay: Children between 0-5 years of age can stay in the room with their parents free of charge. Proof of age is mandatory.
    • Child Charges: For children between 6-12 years of age, there will be a charge of 1299 + taxes per day. Please include any children in this age group in your reservation and provide their age proof. It is mandatory to provide a valid photo ID proof for children to determine their age. Failure to provide the required proof may result in considering the infant as child & child as an adult and charging the applicable child/adult rate.

Management’s Right

It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself/herself in a respectable manner and not cause any nuance or annoyance with the Hotel premises. The managements reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the Hotel premises. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his or her room or other areas of the Hotel forthwith, without any previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to vacate and leave the premises, when requested to do so in default the Management shall have the right to change the room allotted to the guest at any time without assigning any reason thereof and without any previous notice, or to shift the guest any other suitable accommodation.

Amendments or Rules

The Management reserves to itself the right to add, or after or to amend, any of the above rules, all disputes are subject to MALVAN, Sindhudurg Jurisdiction.
